How do I submit the Organization Agreement form for my school’s account?

All organizations must sign and complete our Organization Agreement Form before students can access Bookshare books. Sponsors can download and submit the form following these steps:

  1. Download the Organization Agreement form and complete all information to help us expedite account approval. Please note that simply typing a name as the signature on the agreement is not permitted.
  2. The primary contact should sign and complete the agreement.
  3. Email the agreement to orgagreement@bookshare.org

Tips for completing, signing, and sending the agreement
